The French and Brazilian teams are in talks to finalise an agreement, according to Fabrizio Romano. Chelsea had been hoping to beat PSG to the signing of Moscardo but the midfielder is said to have turned the Premier League side down in favour of a move to the French capital. The move to the Ligue 1 side has appeared imminent for some time as Corinthians' president confirmed in December that he would soon be teaming up with the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Warren Zaire-Emery at the Parc des Princes.
