Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea are believed to be long-term admirers of Toney and want to bring him on board to solve their goal-scoring woes. The striker has been preparing himself for a return to competitive action for the last few weeks and even managed to score a hat-trick in a thumping 5-1 win over Southampton's U23 side for Brentford B, which has further spurred the London clubs to fight for his signature.
